If you are selling, purchasing or renting, we show property 7 days per week, holidays included. We understand that timing is everything. We don’t want to miss the one opportunity for the perfect home! All my teammates have a real estate license and are Realtors. They have excellent customer service skills, and because they work full time (sometimes more than that), they are well versed in what you are looking for (if you are a buyer or perspective tenant), your home’s attributes and the current status of your sale or rental (if you are a seller or landlord). Yet, because we are still a small group of people used to working well together, you still get the same great personal attention I’ve always provided my customers. Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. With over 10 years of experience in the local market, I have the expertise and track record of success you need. I’m proud to announce that I have been the recipient of the Adams, Cameron Sales Associated of the Year, several years running, as well as a member of the President’s Club each and every month of my employment there. I am frequently the Top Producer of the month, as well as the Top Lister. And my sales stats are frequently in the top three for the entire Board of Realtors in Daytona Beach FL. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker, as well as a Certified Residential Property Manager, and a Certified Property Management Expert. I teach classes in Property Management for the Florida Association of Residential Property Managers (FARPM) and lecture at their convention each year. In fact, I believe in a strong marketing program for all my listings-sales or rentals. From talking signs, where permitted, to in home DVD’s, descriptive brochures, virtual tours, print advertising, local mailings and national websites such as rentals.com! Keep in mind, we know from experience that these marketing tools work great to promote your home, but my team understands that these things can never replace the time I spend with you, your buyers or perspective tenants, serving as your guide and facilitator through this exciting process.
